What we collect, how we use it, and what we never do.

This policy describes the practices of ChiselEdge Consulting Pvt. Ltd., based in Mumbai, India, operating the website at chiseledge.com and the Pulse diagnostic platform.

It applies to anyone who visits the site, takes the public diagnostic, contacts us, or participates in a Pulse-driven survey within their organisation.

The diagnostic at /diagnostic is fully client-side. We do not ask for your email, your name, your organisation, or any identifying information. Your answers and your verdict are computed and shown entirely in your browser.

We do not transmit your individual answers to a server. We do not write a cookie tied to your responses. If you close the tab, your responses are gone.

When ChiselEdge runs a Pulse engagement inside your organisation, we collect what's necessary to operate the diagnostic: respondent name and email (provided by your team's administrator, used only to send the survey link), their sub-unit, and their numeric responses.

Every report, both sub-unit and leadership, is aggregated. No individual respondent is named or made identifiable. Free-text answers, if used, are anonymised before being included.

Respondent records are deleted thirty days after the engagement closes, unless your contract explicitly extends retention for longitudinal tracking.

We use a privacy-respecting analytics tool to count page views and basic device classes (mobile/desktop/region). We do not run third-party advertising trackers, fingerprinting scripts, or social pixels.

No personal information is associated with these analytics, and IP addresses are truncated before storage.

If you contact us via email or the contact form, we keep the message and your address until the conversation is concluded plus twelve months for follow-up. After that, the thread is archived offline or deleted.

We never share contact data with third parties, and we do not add you to a marketing list.

You can ask us at any time to confirm what data we hold about you, correct anything that's wrong, or delete it. Email hello@chiseledge.com. We respond within two working days.

Where Indian law (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023) or other applicable regulation grants you rights beyond the above, those rights apply in full and we will respect them.

We update this page when our practices change. Material changes are dated and highlighted at the top. Continued use of chiseledge.com after a change constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
