By accessing chiseledge.com or using any tool we publish here, you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the site. We update these terms from time to time; the date at the top reflects the current version.

You agree to use the site for legitimate, non-commercial review of our work. You may share links to any public page. You may quote our content with attribution.

You may not scrape the site at scale, redistribute the diagnostic instrument as your own, or attempt to reverse-engineer Pulse for competitive purposes.

The 12-question diagnostic is offered as a free, anonymous self-assessment. It is a starting point, not a verdict. Results are indicative and should not be used as the sole basis for material organisational decisions.

ChiselEdge accepts no liability for outcomes produced by acting on the diagnostic without a formal engagement.

The Decision Velocity framework, the 12-question instrument, the four-zone matrix, and the Pulse platform (including their copy, design, methodology, and code) are the property of ChiselEdge Consulting Pvt. Ltd.

Engagement deliverables (the Edge Read, the Edge Playbook) are licensed to the engaging client for internal use, with the underlying framework remaining the property of ChiselEdge.

Where we work together formally, the relevant statement of work or engagement letter governs. If anything in those documents conflicts with this page, the engagement documents win.

Standard engagements are three weeks long, fixed-fee, and produce a written playbook. We don't do open-ended retainers.

The site is provided on an as-is basis. We work hard to keep it accurate, fast, and available, but we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for use of this site (separate from any engagement contract) is limited to the amount you have paid for the use of the site, which in most cases is zero.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, unless your engagement contract specifies otherwise.
